This application provides users with the capacity to access critical details of their business records remotely, while also utilizing barcode labels to enhance the efficiency of managing the location and status of these records.

Designed for seamless integration, Versatile Records On-The-Go connects wirelessly to existing systems such as Versatile Enterprise or Versatile Professional, ensuring real-time visibility into the status of all records.

Key functionalities of Versatile Records On-The-Go include:

• Conducting keyword searches for records
• Reviewing essential details and current status for each record
• Requesting items for check-out
• Employing Bluetooth or RFID-enabled barcode readers for quick task execution
• Managing check-in and check-out processes for records
• Facilitating the storage and relocation of records, such as moving a box to a shelf or a document to a specific file
• Looking up detailed information from the Versatile database, including department, record series, dates, descriptions, and check-out status
• Locating lost records (RFID functionality only)
• Auditing records centers or file rooms
• Auditing individual records in boxes or files
• Submitting records to the label queue while in motion
